• Processing data: uploaded images and generated SVG files.
• Usage and security data: basic logs, IP, browser/device signals, anti-abuse events.
• Support communications: messages sent to support.

3. Why we use your data

• Run vectorization, downloads, account login, and credit billing flows.
• Link guest purchases to the same email after signup/login.
• Provide download history and transaction history in your account.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Provide support and improve reliability.

4. Payments and providers

Payments are processed by Paddle and payment partners. We receive transaction metadata required for billing, support, and credit reconciliation. We do not store full card details on Vectorify systems.

5. Retention

We retain data only as needed to operate the Service, support billing, and meet legal obligations. Processing assets may be stored temporarily, while account history (transactions/download records) can be retained longer for user access and audit needs.

6. AI training statement

We do not use customer-uploaded images or generated SVG outputs to train public AI models.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with infrastructure, billing, and security providers strictly to run the Service.
