1. Who we are

Vectorify is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Ergin, Tbilisi, Georgia. This Policy explains what data we process and why.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email and authentication data.
• Billing data: purchase records, credit balance history, transaction identifiers.
• Processing data: uploaded images and generated SVG files.
• Usage and security data: basic logs, IP, browser/device signals, anti-abuse events.
• Product analytics and replay data: masked interaction events and session replay for UX analysis.
• Support communications: messages sent to support.

3. Why we use your data

• Run vectorization, downloads, account login, and credit billing flows.
• Link guest purchases to the same email after signup/login.
• Provide download history and transaction history in your account.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Provide support and improve reliability.

4. Payments and providers

Payments are processed by Paddle and payment partners. We receive transaction metadata required for billing, support, and credit reconciliation. We do not store full card details on Vectorify systems.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only for service operation, billing, security, and legal compliance. Retention depends on data type: temporary processing files are short-lived, while account and transaction history may be retained longer for audit, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize data.

6. Uploaded Files and Generated Outputs

Uploaded source images are processed in temporary server storage and are routinely removed after processing, with periodic cleanup for temporary files. Generated SVG delivery assets are time-limited for secure download access. If you download a result, we may retain a copy of that generated SVG in your account history to support re-downloads and billing integrity (for example, to avoid duplicate charges).

7. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under: (i) performance of a contract (account access, vectorization, downloads, billing), (ii) legitimate interests (service security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, reliability), (iii) legal obligations (tax, accounting, and regulatory records), and (iv) consent where required by law.

8. AI training statement

We do not use customer-uploaded images or generated SVG outputs to train public AI models.

9. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with infrastructure, billing, and security providers strictly to run the Service. We may disclose limited technical and event data to analytics and advertising partners for conversion measurement and service performance analysis, as permitted by applicable law.

We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay to understand user flows and improve reliability. Session replay captures page interactions (such as clicks and scrolling) with input masking enabled for sensitive form fields. Payment card details are entered on Paddle checkout and are not exposed to our analytics tools.

10. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we apply appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email below. 12. California Privacy Notice

For California residents, this section describes our practices in the preceding 12 months. We collected categories including identifiers (such as email and account IDs), commercial information (purchase and credit transaction records), internet or network information (IP, browser/device, and usage or security signals), and support communications. We collect this data from you, from your use of the Service, and from service providers. We use it for service delivery, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and customer support. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
