Refund Policy

1. General Rule

Vectorify credits are digital goods. Because you can preview results before downloading, credit pack purchases are generally final.

2. Credit Usage

• One credit is charged only when you download a new SVG result.
• Re-downloading the same saved SVG does not charge an additional credit.
• Use credits anytime.
• Used credits are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

If something goes wrong with billing or service, contact us and we'll review it quickly and make it right. In some cases, we may provide bonus credits as a goodwill remedy. This may include account credits or, in some cases, a refund. Where required by law, refunds are provided accordingly.

4. How to Request Support

Send refund or billing requests to contact@vectorify.co with your account email and transaction details. We review requests case by case and aim to respond within 24-48 hours. You can also contact Paddle buyer support via paddle.net.
