Terms of Service

1. Operator and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vectorify ("Service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Ergin, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Vectorify", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Vectorify converts raster images to SVG. Output quality depends on source image quality. We may update features, limits, or availability at any time.

3. Accounts and Guest Purchases

You may purchase credits as a guest. Guest purchases are linked to the checkout email and are applied when you sign up or log in with the same email. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Credits and Downloads

• Credits are sold in one-time packs (for example: 5, 25, 50 downloads).
• One credit is charged when you download a new SVG result.
• Re-downloading the same saved SVG is not charged again.
• We may change pack prices or pack sizes in the future.

5. Payments and Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments are processed by Paddle and related payment partners. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. As a general rule, used credits are non-refundable. 6. Acceptable Use

You confirm you have rights to upload and process the images you submit. You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or security-breaking behavior, including attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for confirming legal rights to use both source images and generated outputs in your projects.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect output for every image. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to courts in Tbilisi, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
